Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical laboratory sessions in Animal and Environmental Biology.

  • Conduct high-impact, independent research and secure research grants in relevant ecological and biological sciences.
  • Publish scholarly articles in reputable, peer-reviewed national and international journals.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Animal and Environmental Biology or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of active teaching and research experience at the university level.
  • An impressive academic portfolio with a minimum of eight (8) peer-reviewed publications in reputable journals.
  • A strong foundational academic record, including a first degree with not below a Second-Class Upper Division, or a Second-Class Lower Division combined with a PhD.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
