Key Responsibilities- Manage taught accounting programmes, overseeing daily operational processes including timetabling, assessments, and accreditation.
- Ensure curriculum design and delivery comply with institutional quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and apply innovative teaching techniques that inspire student engagement and comprehension.
- Monitor student progress, providing guidance and mentorship to learners and academic staff.
- Conduct high-impact individual and collaborative research, contributing to knowledge exchange and scholarship.
- Provide academic leadership by mentoring team members, coordinating work plans, and supporting faculty management.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) and a Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant teaching, research, and academic administration experience in a higher education institution.
- Demonstrated record of academic research, scholarly publications, and innovative teaching methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage academic resources effectively.
