Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, well-structured, and comprehensive Physics lessons to high school students in line with the approved Nigerian and British curricula.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical laboratory sessions to enhance students' understanding of physical concepts.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, examinations, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning.
- Mentor students, guide them through academic challenges, and encourage participation in science-related extracurricular activities and competitions.
- Maintain accurate academic records and participate actively in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Education (Physics), or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of proven teaching experience handling Physics at the high school level.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific theories.
- Strong classroom management skills and proficiency in utilizing modern educational technology and laboratory apparatus.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., TRCN) will be an added advantage.
