We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lecturer in Accounting to join our esteemed faculty. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of financial leaders through rigorous teaching, innovative research, and impactful academic leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Accounting to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses at various academic levels.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish scholarly articles in reputable local and international academic journals.
- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership within the department.
- Mentor junior faculty members and students to foster professional and spiritual growth.
- Integrate modern digital tools and instructional technologies into the curriculum.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and university-wide committees.
- Possess a good Ph.D. degree with a specialization in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- A proven track record of academic publications in reputable local and international journals.
- Demonstrated experience in academic and administrative leadership, as well as student mentoring.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in modern educational technology tools.
- Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
