As a Senior ITTS Advisory professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping our globally positioned clients navigate complex cross-border tax issues, optimize business structures, and achieve sustainable growth within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities- Advise multinational clients on cross-border restructuring, financing concepts, and international group tax law.
- Execute tax structuring for corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions, while identifying potential tax risks through comprehensive due diligence.
- Support global companies in the planning, implementation, and documentation of transfer pricing systems and value creation processes.
- Manage complex international tax projects, coordinate advisory assignments, and mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Represent clients during tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, and advance pricing agreement negotiations.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international tax consulting, with a strong focus on transfer pricing or transaction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or Finance; holding the Chartered Tax Institute of Nigeria (CTIN) qualification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
