We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team and oversee comprehensive HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment, selection, appointment, confirmation, termination, and resignation processes.
- Conduct engaging new employee orientation and coordinate all onboarding activities.
- Perform job evaluations, and continuously review, amend, and draft accurate job descriptions.
- Coordinate remuneration and HR budgets, conduct periodic pay surveys, and recommend structural revisions.
- Drive the planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results while ensuring policy compliance.
- Conduct training needs analyses and institutionalize robust human capital development programs.
- Maintain employee benefits programs and oversee the processing of related claims.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and relevant statutory requirements.
- Advise staff on HR policies, foster effective employee communication, and promote a safe, healthy work environment.
- Minimum of a B.Sc, B.A, or HND in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience, with at least 5 years specifically gained within a structured manufacturing company.
- Active ACIPM certification will be a strong added advantage.
- Deep familiarity with Nigerian Labour Act and standard HR conventions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
