Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified healthcare and administrative personnel.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and attendance tracking systems in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including facility management, office supplies inventory, and vendor relations.
  • Handle employee relations, address workplace grievances, and foster a collaborative and professional hospital culture.
  • Assist in payroll administration, leave management, and the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff training programs, performance evaluations, and continuing professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
  • Proven work experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or medical services sector.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential personnel information.
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
