Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned clients, designing and implementing tailored human resources solutions.
- Oversee the comprehensive employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
- Contribute actively to HR consulting projects, client proposals, presentations, and strategic reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and evolving industry best practices.
- Drive capability building through targeted training, development initiatives, and structured succession planning.
- Leverage modern HR technologies and analytics tools to optimize processes, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and support business development objectives.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an in-house HR Manager or within a management consulting environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing HR tech solutions such as HRIS, HRMS, ATS, and analytics platforms.
- Deep expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, stakeholder management, and employee relations.
- Active membership in at least one relevant professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
