About the Role
IDYHA Capital is looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant - People Strategy and Transformation to join our dynamic advisory practice in Nigeria. In this impactful role, you will partner with exceptional management teams to address critical growth barriers, design future-ready workforces, and drive comprehensive organizational transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver tailored HR strategies aligned with client business objectives and regional growth priorities.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Conduct HR diagnostics, capability assessments, and operational reviews to identify strategic gaps.
- Manage end-to-end client engagements from diagnosis through solution design and implementation.
- Drive business development efforts, including contributing to proposals, pitch presentations, and thought leadership.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and analysts within the practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial background in HR consulting or professional services.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging C-suite executives and delivering strategic HR advisory projects.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPM are highly desirable.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be a strong added advantage.
