About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Partner: People to join our team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will implement comprehensive HR strategies, support talent management, and foster positive employee relations within our fast-paced logistics, transport, and operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management and supervisors to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase overall productivity and workforce retention.
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration for full-time employees, outsourced staff, and fixed-term contractors, including leave and payroll coordination.
  • Drive talent acquisition activities, coordinate onboarding processes, and manage site-specific training and professional development plans.
  • Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end calibrations, and vendor performance tracking.
  • Serve as a change agent and trusted advisor to leadership teams, ensuring HR initiatives align with broader business objectives and labor laws.
  • Promote company values, drive organizational culture, and manage industrial relations effectively across drivers, technicians, and operational teams.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, administration, or operational roles, ideally within the transport, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in industrial relations, employment laws, and HRIS management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities with a proven track record of driving HR strategies.
