We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Shared Services Manager to lead our human resources function and support our continued organizational growth in the Nigerian financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff verification (KYE), including for affiliate companies.
  • Manage compensation and total remuneration structures, fixed pay, variable pay, short-term incentives, benefits in kind, and retirement benefits within financial sector norms.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, training and development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and statutory HR requirements while keeping policies current and enforceable.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date personnel records and HR documentation systems.
  • Coordinate board committee and board pack support for HR-related oversight matters.
  • Manage HR budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis for the HR function.
  • Lead employee relations, retention initiatives, and organizational culture programmes.
  • Supervise a small HR and administrative support team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or MSc is highly preferred.
  • Mandatory professional certification such as CIPM, SPHRi, GPHRi, or CIPD.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR generalist or management role, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong working knowledge of Nigerian employment law and statutory frameworks including the Labour Act, ITF, PENCOM, NYSC, LIRS, and FIRS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and modern HR information systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
