About the Role
Gamma Mobility is a pioneering mobility-fintech company fueling the dreams of gig workers across Africa. We empower riders and drivers with vehicles and financial services through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. With thriving hubs in Nigeria and Ghana, we are rapidly expanding and looking for a dynamic Senior Fulfillment Officer to join our high-performing team and optimize our daily logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hub operations including sorting, loading, and routing to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of delivery associates and coordinators.
- Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports.
- Monitor rider and driver activity, optimize delivery routes, and ensure maximum vehicle efficiency.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as delivery times, productivity, and operational costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, company protocols, regulatory requirements, and secure cash handling procedures.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative process improvements to boost overall hub productivity.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries, handle delivery exceptions, and manage returns professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg as required by hub operations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and extended shifts when necessary.
