About the Role
Value Edge Management Service Limited (VEMSL) is a premier Nigerian business management consulting firm dedicated to driving organizational change and operational excellence across Africa. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Process Improvement Manager to join our growing team in Lagos or Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from identification through implementation and sustainment.
- Map current-state processes, perform root-cause analysis, and design future-state processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Develop business cases and prioritize improvement initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure and report on project success.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, coach teams on continuous improvement, and ensure robust process documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrable expertise in process mapping and performance measurement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities.
- Relevant continuous improvement or project management certifications will be an added advantage.
