We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead our Port Harcourt branch operations, ensuring maximum profitability and service excellence across our core portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management, and valuation briefs and business opportunities for the branch office.
- Manage and oversee the full operations of the assigned branch to ensure financial profitability and efficiency.
- Supervise capital markets (brokerage and agency), property and facility management, and valuations portfolios within the branch.
- Manage the existing client portfolio while proactively expanding and acquiring new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Negotiate effectively and make swift, sound professional judgments to resolve operational challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class Lower grade.
- 12 to 15 years of comprehensive real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management experience.
- Must be an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
- Must be registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
- Associate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a strong advantage.
