Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain advanced database systems and data architectures to support university research and administrative operations.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern programming languages and data management frameworks.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to identify data requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and optimal performance across all university digital platforms.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and IT support staff within the institution.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications and database systems as required by institutional growth.
- Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated professional experience in data programming, software development, and database administration.
- In-depth knowledge of modern programming languages, SQL, data structures, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to demonstrate high standards of competence, professional integrity, and excellent communication skills.
