Currently, we are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician specializing in Pipe Mill operations to join our growing team in Nigeria and contribute to our commitment to engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and corrective electrical maintenance on pipe mill equipment, spiral pipe mills, and rolling mill machinery.
- Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLC and VFD systems for seamless industrial automation.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and associated heavy plant infrastructure.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and compliance records for all electrical assets.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, health regulations, and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience within pipe manufacturing, steel plants, or heavy industrial projects.
- Proven expertise in PLC, VFD, industrial automation, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong background in pipe mill equipment, production operations, and safety documentation.
