About the Role
Bluemool Limited is a renowned engineering company specializing in real estate, civil engineering, and procurement. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in executing high-value construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations, construction activities, and field engineering processes.
- Supervise contractors, sub-contractors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project schedules.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site.
- Resolve technical challenges, mitigate site risks, and provide practical engineering solutions promptly.
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and management to report on project progress and budget management.
- B.Sc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory COREN registration with active practicing status in Nigeria.
- 7 to 8 years of relevant civil engineering and construction experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on site and field experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Nigerian construction standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in real estate or property development will be a distinct advantage.
