About the Role
The Label Store is a fast-growing retail supermarket dedicated to providing customers with quality groceries, household products, and excellent customer service in a convenient shopping environment. We are currently seeking a highly experienced, result-oriented, and competent Senior Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and drive sustainable business growth across our Lagos locations. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional leadership, personnel management, and business acumen. Preferred candidates must reside around Alapere, Ojodu, Ogudu, Ogba, or Magodo axis.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure high efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to consistently achieve sales targets and maintain top-tier service delivery standards.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control, and coordinate replenishment processes with the procurement team.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Prepare and present accurate periodic sales, staff performance, and operational reports to upper management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment that aligns with our brand standards.
- Implement strategic initiatives to grow store revenue, reduce inventory shrinkage, and enhance overall performance.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a managerial role within a structured organization, including retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or banking.
- Possession of an M.Sc, B.Sc, or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in personnel management, business strategy, and problem-solving.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and lead under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A background in banking will serve as a distinct added advantage.
