Joseph's Pot Owerri is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Line Manager Representative to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily restaurant operations, maintaining our high service standards, and leading our front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver unforgettable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate floor staff, kitchen liaisons, and service representatives.
- Monitor food quality, presentation standards, and prompt delivery across all dining sections.
- Manage customer feedback professionally, resolving any issues swiftly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with inventory and kitchen teams to track stock levels and reduce operational waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the establishment.
- Compile daily and monthly sales reports to support management decision-making.
- Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in restaurant management, customer service, or a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Residency in Owerri or willingness to relocate promptly.
