We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience while keeping our business profitable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, train, and mentor restaurant staff to uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and optimize stock control to minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all food preparation and dining areas.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by executing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain the stellar reputation of Joseph's Pot.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational detail.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian cuisine and the local Owerri hospitality market is a distinct advantage.
