About the Role
Conclase Consulting is looking for a talented and driven Senior AI Engineer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems, focusing on solving complex business challenges through neural networks, pattern recognition, and natural language processing. You will play a pivotal part in helping our clients transform into intelligent enterprises, redefining customer experiences, and delivering unprecedented productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy advanced AI models and scalable machine learning pipelines in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Develop applications leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), text classification, and deep learning neural networks.
- Conduct continuous experiments, evaluate model performance, and ensure the reliability and security of AI services.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers while promoting software development best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging artificial intelligence technologies and recommend innovative tools and frameworks to enhance Conclase technical offerings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and production-level software development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Python, Java, or C++, alongside AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Neural Networks.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced environments, startups, or the Fintech and banking sectors is a strong advantage.
