Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues involving computers, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and software applications.
- Support user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
- Assist with network and connectivity troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi and LAN-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT team members when required.
- Support routine IT maintenance, system checks, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and other internal activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Currently serving under the NYSC programme and posted to Abuja.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
