About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic IT Operations Lead to oversee our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, support operations, and technology service delivery. In this role, you will ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of our IT systems while leading our operations team and collaborating closely with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and end-user technology.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical enterprise systems and services.
- Develop and implement IT operations policies, procedures, standards, and security controls.
- Manage IT support workflows to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.
- Oversee incident, problem, change management, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, technology procurement, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT operations and technical support team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), networks, firewalls, and Windows/Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of IT service management principles, cybersecurity controls, and ITIL practices.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, AWS, Microsoft, or CISSP are highly advantageous.
