In this vital role, you will oversee the comprehensive admissions lifecycle—from initial prospective student engagement and application processing to final enrolment and onboarding—while serving as a key ambassador for our academic community in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and administer undergraduate and postgraduate admissions processes in alignment with institutional policies.
- Review applications, verify academic credentials, and maintain meticulous admissions records.
- Engage proactively with prospective students, parents, agents, and stakeholders to provide accurate information regarding programmes and requirements.
- Coordinate admission interviews, screening exercises, and promotional outreach events such as webinars and school fairs.
- Prepare admission offers, track applicant pipelines, and implement targeted strategies to improve conversion and enrolment yields.
- Collaborate closely with academic departments, Registry, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics on admissions metrics, trends, and recruitment targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience in admissions, student recruitment, or higher education administration.
- Proven expertise in managing student information systems, CRM platforms, and the full admissions lifecycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, administrative, and stakeholder-management competencies.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications or a postgraduate degree will be a distinct advantage.
