About the Role

Racham Humanitarian Academy, an initiative of the Racham Empowerment and Humanitarian Foundation (REHF), is seeking a passionate and organized Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abuja. In this vital role, you will coordinate administrative operations and support educational and vocational programs designed to provide free basic education and practical skills training to orphans and vulnerable children in Nigeria. Working alongside esteemed international partners like World Challenge, you will directly contribute to breaking the generational cycle of poverty through targeted community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office workflows efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics for educational programs, youth empowerment workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, staff attendance, and inventory.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal communications, partner relations, and community inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, project documentation, and correspondence for management and external partners.
  • Support the execution of special events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Exceptional fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience in administrative management, office coordination, or a similar organizational role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
  • Demonstrated passion for humanitarian work, youth empowerment, and community development.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
