Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating daily accounting functions and ensuring financial compliance across all hospital branches.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial analyses, reports, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts.
  • Assisting with the preparation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of organizational budgets.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts with high accuracy.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations and actively investigating and resolving audit findings or account discrepancies.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Must have 6 to 9 years of progressive working experience as a chartered accountant.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-ICAN certification working experience.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Nigerian taxation and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong administrative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
