About the Role
Abuja Clinics, a premier healthcare provider established in 1989 with branches in Karu, Garki, and Maitama, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Accountant to join our financial team. Operating advanced medical facilities equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, we require a meticulous finance professional to maintain the highest standards of fiscal integrity and support our continued growth in the Federal Capital Territory.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating daily accounting functions and ensuring financial compliance across all hospital branches.
- Preparing comprehensive financial analyses, reports, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts.
- Assisting with the preparation, implementation, and continuous monitoring of organizational budgets.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts with high accuracy.
- Assisting with annual audit preparations and actively investigating and resolving audit findings or account discrepancies.
- Ensuring full compliance with Nigerian tax laws and relevant financial regulations.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Must have 6 to 9 years of progressive working experience as a chartered accountant.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-ICAN certification working experience.
- Thorough working knowledge of Nigerian taxation and financial reporting standards.
- Strong administrative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
