About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued operational excellence in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, payment recording, and comprehensive account reconciliation.
  • Monitor aging reports and overdue balances, identify financial risks early, and actively support collection activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to Junior Receivables Accountants to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure adherence to best financial practices and drive continuous process improvement across accounting operations.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting and commercial teams to ensure accurate and compliant revenue recognition.
  • Support quarter-end and year-end closing activities by preparing detailed analyses and management reports.
Qualifications
  • University degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
  • Proven professional experience in financial accounting and accounts receivable management.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise accounting software, with SAP R3 FI/CO or SAP S4/HANA FI considered a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented personality.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (minimum C1 level) with strong communication skills.
