We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Nigeria and drive our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and review high-level strategy, direction, and growth plans for all assigned brand accounts.
- Serve as a 360-degree Agency Lead, overseeing full-service offerings from brief to delivery.
- Drive new business acquisition, leading end-to-end pitching from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Manage key client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including Strategy, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Creative, Production, and Media Buying.
- Forecast, plan, and manage project and campaign budgets to ensure profitability and high service quality.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and implement innovative operational processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of account management and business development experience within a top-tier digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of driving new business acquisition and meeting revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, public relations, and media buying.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
