Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness across assigned locations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures in strict alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct regular security inspections and comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend strategic improvements.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergency situations, managing incidents efficiently according to established protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance and ensure strict adherence to company guidelines.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, staff performance evaluations, and operational summaries for management review.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency response services to enhance overall site security measures.
- Proven professional experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the security and investigations industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-management skills with the ability to motivate security personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of modern security operations, emergency response procedures, and relevant safety regulations in Nigeria.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm, composed, and decisive under high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in operating advanced security systems, surveillance equipment, and standard reporting software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder coordination.
