We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Anambra. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily security operations, mentor personnel, and implement strategic measures to mitigate threats and ensure the utmost safety of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to guarantee optimal coverage, vigilance, and performance across assigned locations in Anambra.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments of security operations to identify vulnerabilities and enforce industry best practices.
- Respond promptly and decisively to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of discipline and customer service.
- Collaborate effectively with company management and local law enforcement agencies during ongoing investigations and critical incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports and documentation regarding security activities for senior management review.
- Proven professional experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security and investigations industry.
- Relevant security certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), ASIS credentials, or recognized local equivalents.
- Strong working knowledge of modern security operations, emergency response protocols, and surveillance technology.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate personnel in high-pressure environments.
- Outstanding written, verbal communication, and interpersonal abilities to interact seamlessly with clients, staff, and authorities.
- Residency in or familiarity with Anambra State and the surrounding business environment.
