Kickoff Lounge is an upscale nightlife and entertainment establishment situated in Mpape, Abuja, engineered specifically for high-energy social nightlife, corporate mixers, and premium weekend leisure. We are currently expanding our dynamic team and looking for a vigilant, energetic, and professional Security Personnel and Bouncer to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for our esteemed guests. Key Responsibilities- Monitor venue entrances and exits to screen guests, check IDs, and enforce dress codes and age restrictions professionally.
- Maintain high visibility throughout the lounge to deter inappropriate behavior and ensure overall guest and staff safety.
- Manage crowds effectively during high-energy events, corporate mixers, and busy weekend leisure hours.
- De-escalate volatile situations, handle unruly patrons tactfully, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary.
- Conduct routine security checks of the premises, facilities, and emergency exits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate closely with the floor management, bar staff, and VIP hosts to guarantee a seamless and secure guest experience.
- Proven professional experience working as a bouncer, security guard, or event security personnel, preferably in a lounge, club, or hospitality setting.
- Strong physical fitness, stamina, and the ability to stand and remain alert for extended night shifts.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to remain calm, authoritative, and level-headed in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
- Valid security certifications or relevant training will be an added advantage.
- Reside in or around Mpape, Abuja, or have reliable transportation for night-time shifts.
