About the Role
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a leading mining and mineral processing company based in Nigeria, with a core focus on the exploration, extraction, and processing of lithium. We are currently recruiting disciplined, vigilant, and physically fit Security Operatives to safeguard our personnel, visitors, and critical assets. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, secure, and productive operational environment across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to company premises for all personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct routine patrols and comprehensive security inspections across the facility.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date incident logs and visitor records.
- Enforce company security policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
- Report suspicious activities, breaches, or potential hazards immediately to management.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Previous civilian security experience is an added advantage.
- Prior background in the Military, Police, NSCDC, or other paramilitary agencies is highly advantageous.
- Physically fit with exceptional observation skills and situational awareness.
- Must be highly responsible, disciplined, and able to work flexible shifts.
