About the Role
De Tastee Group is a leading quick-service restaurant, outdoor caterer, event hall manager, and home delivery hospitality outfit renowned for our sumptuous meals and stringent hygienic environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Security Controller to join our team and ensure a safe, secure environment for our staff and esteemed guests across our strategically located branches.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor assigned restaurant, event, and property areas, promptly reporting suspicious activities to local authorities
- Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property grounds, and manage crowd control during peak hours and events
- Contact law enforcement or the fire department immediately in the event of an emergency
- Check all doors, windows, and gates after business hours to ensure the property is fully secure
- Investigate reports of suspicious activity on company premises professionally and thoroughly
- Reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives, adhering to safety protocols
- Safely escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises
- Perform any other security-related duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related security or administrative field
- Relevant professional security certifications will be a distinct added advantage
- Proven experience in physical security, surveillance monitoring, and emergency response
- Strong observation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
