We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Security Personnel to join our dedicated campus safety team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure, peaceful, and orderly environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor school premises, gates, and perimeter fences to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Manage the entry and exit of visitors, students, staff, and vehicles, ensuring proper identification and documentation.
- Conduct regular patrols around school buildings, hostels, and recreational areas day and night.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, taking appropriate initial action and reporting to management.
- Enforce school safety policies, rules, and regulations among students and visitors calmly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily visitors, incidents, and security observations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services when necessary.
- Possession of a relevant SSCE, NECO, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Proven previous experience working as a security guard or in a similar safety role, preferably within an educational institution.
- Good physical fitness, alertness, and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with students, parents, and staff.
- Basic knowledge of security operations, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.
