About the Role
Castville Solutions is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our partner healthcare facilities in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless pharmacy workflows, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care while leading a high-performing team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations to guarantee maximum efficiency and strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy personnel to foster a culture of excellence and compassionate service delivery.
- Manage end-to-end inventory control, including procurement, stock rotation, and expiry tracking to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.
- Implement strategic operational improvements that boost profitability, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate comprehensive operational reports and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D) degree with a valid practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth understanding of Nigerian pharmacy regulations, quality assurance, and healthcare standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
