Lauvee Beauty Salon, a premier luxury beauty destination located in the heart of Wuse 2, Abuja, is currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Personnel to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our esteemed clients, staff, and visitors, while maintaining the sophisticated and secure atmosphere expected of a high-end beauty establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and exits to ensure the security and safety of staff, clients, and company assets.
- Manage visitor access control professionally, greeting clients and directing them appropriately within the luxury salon.
- Maintain a visible and reassuring security presence to deter unauthorized access and potential incidents.
- Monitor and secure salon property, equipment, and inventory during operating hours.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any security breaches, emergencies, or disturbances, taking appropriate corrective action.
- Collaborate effectively with salon management and staff to uphold safety protocols and maintain an orderly environment.
- Previous experience working in a security role within retail, hospitality, or corporate environments is a distinct advantage.
- High level of vigilance, discipline, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact politely yet firmly with diverse clients.
- Punctual, reliable, and deeply attentive to assigned duties and surrounding activities.
