About the Role
Avonix Place is a premier restaurant and luxury lounge located in the upscale Victoria Garden City (VGC) and Ajah area of Lekki, Lagos. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional fine and casual dining experience featuring intercontinental and African dishes in a secure, welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Security Personnel to join our safety team and safeguard our guests, staff, and property.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, entrances, and parking areas to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Access and control visitor entry, ensuring all guests adhere to the lounge and restaurant safety protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols around the facility to deter and detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate and calm action.
- Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily security activities, incidents, and visitor traffic.
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in any related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication relations for dealing with high-end clientele.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle security challenges efficiently.
- Prior experience in hospitality or upscale security management is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, physical fitness, and situational awareness.
