About the Role
Latins Security Limited is a premier private security company dedicated to delivering top-tier security solutions for individuals, corporate entities, and government organizations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and disciplined Security Operation Manager to lead our tactical operations, maintain the highest standards of safety, and drive workforce excellence across multiple client sites in Abuja and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily security operations across all client sites and contracts in Abuja and environs.
- Manage scheduling, deployment, and supervision of security personnel and supervisors.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures, security protocols, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, patrols audits, and compliance checks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, addressing concerns and escalations promptly.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate security supervisors and guards.
- Lead incident response, investigations, and comprehensive reporting.
- Monitor operational budgets, payroll, equipment, and logistics efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing requirements, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager within a recognized security company.
- Military background is strictly required; veterans, ex-servicemen, and retired officers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large or multi-site security teams.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, threat management, and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with modern security technology including CCTV, access control, and GPS tracking.
