About the Role
Brooksdale Crescendo International School is a premier private educational institution located in the vibrant Woji area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Blending rich Nigerian heritage with British and international curricula, we offer a comprehensive learning track from Crèche through High School. We are currently seeking hardworking and trustworthy Cleaners to join our dedicated support staff and help maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Empty trash bins, sweep, mop, and polish floors on a regular schedule.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs, or safety hazards promptly to school management.
- Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and request inventory replenishment when necessary.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional conduct while on school premises.
- Minimum of FSLC or SSCE qualification.
- Previous professional cleaning or janitorial experience within a school or corporate setting is a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe handling of cleaning materials.
- Physically fit, reliable, trustworthy, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
