About the Role
Seven Up Bottling Company, a globally renowned leader in the beverage industry and the producer of the iconic 7UP brand, is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team in Kaduna. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our facilities, maintaining strict access control, and ensuring the safety of our personnel and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to company premises, ensuring proper identification and authorization of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Conduct routine patrols of buildings, production areas, warehouses, and parking lots to identify and prevent security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicle movements, security incidents, and daily activities.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, goods, and materials in line with approved company procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities, escalating appropriately.
- Enforce company security policies and collaborate with the HSE team to promote workplace safety.
- Minimum of an HND or equivalent in security management or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant security experience, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG, or corporate environment.
- Basic knowledge of access control, incident reporting, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Additional training in First Aid, fire safety, or professional security management is an added advantage.
