About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Prepare and process Goods Receiving Notes accurately and promptly.
- Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, damages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all received goods are properly documented and recorded in the inventory management system.
- Liaise with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of receiving documents.
- Monitor compliance with company procedures for receiving and handling goods.
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, and other irregularities to management.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in goods receiving, inventory management, or a similar retail role is an advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory management systems.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
