About the Role
Lexworld Hotels, a modern premium hospitality destination located in Aba, Abia State, is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. Strategically positioned near the western entry points of Aba and close to the Osisioma industrial zones, our hotel caters to discerning travelers and business executives. Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property at all times.
- Monitor surveillance systems, alarm systems, and property perimeters proactively.
- Patrol hotel grounds regularly to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
- Manage access control at entrances, monitoring guest and visitor traffic professionally.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, incidents, and guest complaints with tact and efficiency.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain accurate daily incident logs and security reports.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in a security role within the hospitality industry.
- Must be computer literate with the ability to operate digital security and monitoring systems.
- Age requirement: Between 30 and 50 years old.
- Proficient in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation, neat grooming, and a cooperative, professional attitude.
