About the Role
The MUSE Boutique Hotel is an upscale, five-star hospitality establishment situated in Independence Layout, Enugu. Designed to cater to corporate executives, discerning business travelers, and premium leisure guests, the hotel offers a sophisticated environment characterized by contemporary design, high-end amenities, and tailored guest services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to maintain a secure, welcoming, and peaceful environment across our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor hotel premises, including entrances, perimeters, and guest floors, to prevent unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, checking doors, windows, and surveillance systems to ensure optimal operational integrity.
- Manage guest and visitor entry protocols with professionalism, discretion, and strict adherence to hotel security policies.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations, providing immediate assistance and de-escalation when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with local law enforcement and emergency services if incidents require external intervention.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily security operations and visitor movements.
- Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or relevant professional security certifications.
- Proven working experience as a Security Officer, preferably within the luxury hospitality, corporate, or upscale hotel sector.
- Strong situational awareness, excellent observation skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with high-profile guests and staff.
