We are currently seeking a reliable, disciplined, and security-conscious Security Officer to join our professional team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our premises, controlling access, and maintaining a secure environment for our staff, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, grounds, and facilities regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized access.
- Control pedestrian and vehicular traffic access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action and reporting to management.
- Enforce company security policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Maintain detailed daily logs of all incidents, suspicious activities, and shift occurrences.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and local authorities when necessary to resolve security issues.
- Proven experience working in a security role or relevant military/paramilitary background is a distinct advantage.
- Must possess high levels of integrity, trustworthiness, observational skills, and situational awareness.
- Physically fit, active, and capable of maintaining alertness throughout extended duty hours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Ability to strictly follow instructions, maintain discipline, and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
