About the Role
Royal SFI Farms, a leading agricultural enterprise specializing in innovative fish farming and commercial food processing, is recruiting a dedicated Security & Access Control Officer. We seek a responsible, alert, and trustworthy professional to maintain the safety and security of our farm premises through diligent monitoring, access control, and routine security checks.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control entry and exit points through the premises
- Record staff clock-in and clock-out times with accuracy
- Register, verify, and monitor visitors entering and leaving the premises
- Conduct routine patrols and security checks around the property
- Monitor vehicles, deliveries, and items for authorized movement
- Detect and report theft, trespassing, and suspicious activities to management
- Maintain comprehensive security and visitor logbooks
- Ensure company property remains secure and unauthorized removal is prevented
- Feed, provide water, and maintain cleanliness of security dogs and kennel areas
- Monitor dogs' health and report any signs of illness or unusual behaviour
- Keep the security post clean, orderly, and secure
- Adhere strictly to all company security procedures and instructions
- Previous security or gatekeeping experience (advantageous)
- Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined character
- Physically fit and able-bodied
- Ability to read and write basic English
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Willing to reside on company premises
- Monthly salary: ₦80,000
