About the Role
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, a prominent leader in the Nigerian manufacturing and agricultural sector, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Security & Intelligence Manager to join our dynamic team at FMN Agro. In this critical role, you will provide strategic leadership for security operations across all ARMS facilities nationwide, safeguarding our personnel, assets, and operations while ensuring seamless business continuity through proactive risk management and advanced intelligence gathering.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and coordinating comprehensive security operations across all ARMS locations, including Olado Aggregation and Silo Storage Warehouses.
- Managing third-party security service providers to ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, labor standards, and contractual obligations.
- Preparing detailed intelligence reports, threat assessments, and early warning insights to support proactive risk management across all operational sites.
- Developing, implementing, and enforcing robust security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conducting regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and thorough investigations into theft, vandalism, and security incidents.
- Supervising security personnel to maintain high standards of vigilance, operational effectiveness, and discipline.
- Monitoring vehicular movement and managing traffic to prevent unauthorized access and operational disruptions.
- Leading emergency preparedness initiatives, crisis management plans, and comprehensive security awareness training programs.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Criminology, Security Management, or a related discipline.
- Must have 5 to 7 years of cognate experience in corporate security, intelligence gathering, or risk management within a reputable organization.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of corporate security protocols, investigative techniques, and risk mitigation practices.
