About the Role
Beckley Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading offshore marine services company, for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Lagos State and Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This contract opportunity offers a competitive monthly gross salary and the chance to make a significant impact in the maritime and oil and gas sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily vessel operations, marine logistics, and vessel bunkering activities ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
- Manage offshore support and security escort vessels in alignment with client requirements and service level agreements.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and NIMASA regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain adherence to IACS Classification Society requirements and successfully coordinate OVID and client inspection programmes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for operational updates and service delivery.
- B.Sc. in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in offshore marine, vessel management, or oil and gas operations.
- Possession of a Certificate of Competency (CoC) or a Naval Academy/Military background is strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, statutory requirements, and marine safety standards.
- Competitive monthly gross salary ranging from NGN 500,000 to 800,000.
