About the Role

Aldelia Limited is a globally recognized talent acquisition and operational support firm specializing in the Oil & Gas sector. We are currently recruiting a seasoned Security Intelligence & Investigations / Escort Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, staff, VIPs, and guests by coordinating comprehensive security operations, intelligence gathering, and executive protection strategies across various operational locations, including deepwater facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate security projects, operations, and emergency response mobilizations as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Plan and organize security intelligence, surveillance, and investigation activities for deepwater and other operational sites.
  • Coordinate approved security escorts and Close Protection Officers (CPOs) for staff, VIPs, guests, and company property.
  • Develop and implement VIP security, threat, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and loss prevention measures.
  • Investigate security incidents thoroughly, preparing timely reports and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are executed.
  • Gather, analyze, and disseminate critical security intelligence regarding organized crime, terrorism, and emerging risks.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with government security and intelligence agencies.
  • Conduct personnel background vetting and manage sensitive, confidential security information with utmost discretion.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and motivate security personnel and Close Protection Officers to achieve optimal operational readiness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Linguistics & Communication Studies, Management Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
  • Diploma or recognized certification in Safety and Security Management.
  • Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, APP, or PCI will be a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of robust industrial or private security experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in security intelligence, investigations, surveillance, and loss prevention.
  • Strong background in VIP protection, Close Protection Operations, and security escort coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
