We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Graduate Trainee (Fleet Controller) in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. Key Responsibilities- Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in tracking truck movements in real-time using advanced GPS and comprehensive fleet management systems.
- Support the rapid resolution of delivery delays, unexpected route deviations, and operational disruptions.
- Liaise closely with delivery officers to obtain accurate, real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround times and identify practical opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and vital operational dashboards.
- Record comprehensive trip data accurately to facilitate performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum grade in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
- 0 to 2 years of post-graduation professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid NYSC completion certificate or official exemption letter.
