Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
  • Assist in tracking truck movements in real-time using advanced GPS and comprehensive fleet management systems.
  • Support the rapid resolution of delivery delays, unexpected route deviations, and operational disruptions.
  • Liaise closely with delivery officers to obtain accurate, real-time updates on delivery progress.
  • Monitor vehicle turnaround times and identify practical opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and vital operational dashboards.
  • Record comprehensive trip data accurately to facilitate performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum grade in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
  • 0 to 2 years of post-graduation professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid NYSC completion certificate or official exemption letter.
