Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
  • Assist in tracking truck movements using advanced GPS and comprehensive fleet management systems.
  • Support the rapid resolution of delivery delays, unexpected route deviations, and daily operational disruptions.
  • Liaise closely with delivery officers to obtain accurate, real-time updates regarding delivery progress.
  • Monitor turnaround times and proactively identify opportunities for operational process improvement.
  • Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and vital operational dashboards.
  • Record comprehensive trip data accurately to facilitate performance analysis and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or Business Administration.
  • 0 to 2 years of post-graduation professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory possession of the NYSC completion certificate or exemption letter.
